Day-Of Wedding Services

• A little help or a lot of help?

Presumably, if you’re looking for a day-of wedding coordinator, you have already made the big decisions on your own and have secured the services of various vendors -- or you will be performing these tasks in the coming months. That’s the fun part! But what about those little details that need attention on the actual day of your celebration (who will cue the musicians to begin playing the processional, who is going to make sure the gifts are collected at the end of the evening)? You shouldn't have to worry about these tasks, and your family and friends should be able to relax and enjoy this day with you, as well. This is why you are considering hiring a day-of coordinator!

I can pick up where you have left off: leave the last-minute tasks and rehearsal and wedding day details to me so that you can enjoy every moment in the company of your family and friends who are there to celebrate with you on this special occasion.

I can assist with just the basics:

• Attend the rehearsal to make sure everyone knows what’s expected of them (and more importantly, where to stand, when to sit, etc.), and subsequently be present at the ceremony to make sure everyone and everything is in the proper place at the right time. I will stay until you’re down the aisle, greeted your guests, taken some pictures, and have headed off to the reception.

I can also be involved a few months before the wedding, up to and through the reception (a/k/a the typical day in the life of a day-of coordinator!):

• by creating a timeline of events and tasks leading up to the wedding and for the wedding day itself; I can be a point of contact and liaison with all your vendors and make sure they are providing the services you contracted them to perform; attend the reception venue walk-through and troubleshoot any hiccups that may arise along the way and on the day of your event. I’ll be at the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception and will stay until the last vendor has left the venue (and will pick up any forgotten shoes, phones, or earrings!)
